At Reed Words, we make brands stronger through language, from voice to messaging, campaigns and strategy. And we’re looking for a writer to join our growing New York team.

We need talent, commitment and a love for the craft of writing. We need diverse perspectives, ideas and voices to keep our work fresh and rich. We need writers who believe in words as a way to change minds and tell better stories.

• You’re excited to work across a range of clients and industries, from fast food to fintech

• You have an ear for tone, and can adapt your writing style to different voices, categories, audiences and touchpoints

• You’re collaborative and open to feedback, ready to work as part of a team to deliver consistently exceptional work

• You want to be active in the creative and branding industry, taking part in workshops and events, and sharing content about verbal branding

• You live in the New York area (we’re in-office 2-3 days a week)

We’d prefer at least 1-2 years of commercial writing experience, but we’re mostly interested in your talent, ideas and your passion for what words can do.
